Today, I want to talk to you about your schedule, your everyday schedule. You know, you have your to do lists and you have your activities and you have your accomplishments that you want to achieve throughout the day. That's what I'm talking about. Because you can make it. it a day of fun and success. It is all up to you and you can design the most inspiring day for you with the most inspiring activities in it so you cannot wait to get up in the morning and jump in and start your day. And I have three [00:01:00] ideas to share with you how to do so. If you're ready, let's go.
The first idea is for you to have clarity. Clarity about what exactly you want. What specific outcomes would you like to get at the end of your day? Think about it. What kind of a day would you like to experience? What are some specific measurable, tangible outcomes that you would like to see? Think about it. And what kind of activities you would like to design your day with? Are you going to go for a walk? Are you going to go to a gym? Are you going to produce videos? Are you going to sit down and create your online course? Are you going to go speak at a big audience? What are you going to do? Write them down. And what emotions you would love to feel during that day. You can literally design your day with the specific emotions that you would love to experience. Why not? If you [00:02:00] want to experience more joy, bring more joy to your activities. If you would love to experience the more entertainment, then bring more humor and bring more laughter. That's all up to you. And you can definitely be the designer, the director, the actor, and the audience of your day.
Second idea is productivity. Ooh, this is one of the most important ones. This is how you're going to feel great and satisfied about your day, and it is going to be inspiring if you have a productive day. And think about how you're going to feel productive. Sometimes it is going to happen with the help of some technology and some specific applications. What I personally do, for example, I use Google Calendar. When I go into the application of Google Calendar, I just design my day according to how productive I want to be, and I design my activities around that productivity. So [00:03:00] this Google Calendar connects My calendar with my emails. So whenever I use emails, whenever I get invitations, the minute I put a yes on it, it's right there. It's scheduled. It's on my calendar. I'm going to do it. I also use Calendly. If you haven't heard about it, you can create a Calendly account. And that also links your Google calendar with your email and whatever you want to do. And you are actually the designer of it. You can set limits. of when exactly you're going to reveal your calendar to others and when you're exactly going to limit it. And other idea of technological apps is Google Sheets. Let it be Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Slides. You can definitely use the help of technology to create your productivity, to share with your team, to inspire yourself, to look at what you have done. To take notes and to learn from them and just [00:04:00] you grow with it and then you feel productive.
And the third idea is your identity. Believe it or not, you all do everything because you are here to become. You're not here to do and achieve things. Actually, you do things and achieve things so that you can become who you're meant to be. So at the end of the day, In order for you to schedule the most inspiring day, the most inspiring calendar for yourself is going to be linked. To who you're going to be your identity for that. I invite you to reflect strategize and celebrate your achievements. You need to reflect how was my day? What kind of activities I enjoyed and what was it that I didn't enjoy? What can I do even better tomorrow? What is it that I shouldn't have done today? What is it that I can take out from my day so that I have more room? For joy and celebration, because it's all [00:05:00] about strategizing and creating even more room for your self love, for your self connection, for your relationships, and for you to maximize your potential.
