Let's talk about energy, quantum physics, and human behavior. We're going to go deep today. Did you know that you can literally measure, see, and take a picture of your energy? It's called Kirlian photography.
There are different ways to look at energy. We can talk about your aura, the energy you carry, or the energy and information flow that is your mind. We can also go to the science of it and look at your subatomic particles to understand the structure of the universe and apply it to your human behavior. That's exactly what I'm going to do today.
And if you're ready, let's begin.
Energy
As you all know, we live in a universe of energy. Everything is made up of energy. When you go back to the big source, the Big Bang, when everything exploded from a big, giant nebula, we all were created as a part of this universe, just like the elements hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen. You are the same as the stars you see or the table you see. The only difference you have from everything around you is the vibration that you radiate, literally.
So this whole basic idea of energy is that there is mind over matter. There is energy and physicality. We live in this universe of duality. And when you really dive deep into the core of everything, especially in our human experience, it all comes down to energy.
You want to be around people who give you good, uplifting, and motivating energy. You want to consume food that gives you healthy and positive energy. You want to consume information, videos, movies, and music that is also about good and positive energy.
It is all about energy and the energy that you bring to the room, the people, the conversations, and the situations. That is your responsibility, because it's everything in the universe. It is the fabric of the universe, and you cannot ignore it. Everything comes down to this vibration, sound, and the rhythm that you carry with you, and that makes you, you. Your own energy makes up your own personal brand.
Quantum physics
Quantum mechanics is the part of physics that studies energy, photons, and subatomic particles. Why is that relevant? Because the double-slit experiment in quantum mechanics tells us that our subatomic particles become determined and act like particles when they are observed. When there is nothing being observed, our subatomic particles are just like waves. We have wave function. We can be here, we can be there. We can float. We can do anything because it's just free.
And the trick is, when there is an observer, it can be someone else or it can be yourself. When there is an observer in the field, the quantum field, the behavior of the subatomic particle changes. It goes from wave to particle. It goes from uncertainty to certainty. It goes from doubting and not knowing to knowing.
So that tells us so much about how we behave. That's why we're going to talk about human behavior now.
Human behavior
So now that you know about the double-slit experiment in quantum mechanics, what does it make you realize about when there is an observer? You are becoming more determined, right?
So how about you apply it to your everyday life? And how about you consider why coaching has become such a big industry? Why people are hiring coaches day and night? Guess what? Because they do need accountability partners. They do need observers. They do need this witness in the quantum field. So that they can act more determined. So that they can have more certainty. When somebody observes, when somebody is out there watching over us, we become more, we do more, we achieve more.
And that is the whole idea of connecting energy, quantum physics, quantum mechanics, and human behavior.
The way I look at everything, the universe, the energy, the quantum physics, and human behavior, is that we are all responsible for the energy that we bring to the universe and to each other. And if we are observing ourselves, we are more aware of our energy. So that we can manage it better and effectively.
So there you have it. A little bit of a deep topic, yet very necessary. I hope it helped you. I hope it made you realize more about your own behavior from a quantum physics perspective.
