If your life isn’t changing, it’s not because you don’t want it badly enough.
It’s not because you’re not spiritual enough.
It’s not because you’re doing manifestation “wrong.”

It’s because your nervous system does not feel safe.

It can only survive.

Fear is a low-frequency state.
Love is a high-frequency state.

When you are afraid, your amygdala takes over and pulls you into fight, flight, or freeze. Your energy contracts. Your perception narrows. Your future shrinks.

When you feel safe, connected, and present, your nervous system relaxes. Your heart opens. Your brain becomes creative. Your field expands.

That is why some people seem to attract miracles effortlessly.

It’s not because they’re luckier.
It’s because they are regulated.
