I just returned from San Diego, California, where I attended the ICF Converge 2025 — and my heart is overflowing. Being in a room with hundreds of coaches from all over the world reminded me why I do what I do.

We are purpose-driven.

We are heart-based. We are people who move toward something — toward connection, growth, and transformation.

And that energy? It’s unforgettable.

1. Connection Is Everything 💜 

The most powerful lesson I brought home is that when we connect through the heart, everything becomes easier.

Coaching isn’t just about tools and techniques. It’s about energy. It’s about resonance. It’s about remembering that we are all part of something bigger than ourselves.

When I looked around that conference room filled with love and purpose, I felt completely at home.

2. Ethics and Integrity Matter More Than Rules ✨ 

One powerful discussion I joined was about ethics versus legality.
Just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s ethical.

As coaches, our duty is not only to follow the law but to follow our hearts — to honor human dignity, autonomy, and respect. Ethics is about moral alignment, not technical compliance.

3. Neurodiversity Expands Understanding 🌈 

Did you know that almost 40% of people are neurodivergent?
That means their brains process information differently — whether through ADHD, dyslexia, or high sensitivity.

I even discovered through my own brain scan that my brain receives information slowly but with extreme accuracy. That moment reminded me that every mind is unique, and every difference is beautiful.

4. Music, Humor, and Art Heal Us 🎶 

My favorite sessions were the ones filled with music, laughter, and creativity.
Because art connects us. It brings humanity back into learning.
No matter how advanced we get, it’s our shared joy that makes us whole.

5. We Are All Co-Creating Something Bigger 🌍 

The most humbling realization of all:
We are each a part of a much greater mission — to raise human consciousness through coaching.

Every conversation, every client session, every act of service contributes to that cosmic ripple of awareness.

If you want to change lives, start with your own.

Coaching helped me deepen my self-love, strengthen my relationships, and align with my soul. And that’s what I want for you too.
