Hello everyone,

My name is Shiny Unsal. I am the founder of Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology. I'm an author, speaker, ICF Master Certified Coach, MCC. I am also a professor teaching leadership communication strategies and emotional intelligence at UCLA Extension.

I transform lives to create a better world that we can enjoy living in. And I teach how the mind works:

The mind does a lot of deletions, distortions, and generalizations. So what we end up doing is we think about something else, but not our truth. But when we have a ShinyMind™ things become different:

1) A #shinymind is a mind that can go to the root of the truth rather than getting caught up in a hypnotic story that the mind creates for us to place safe, to be on the safe side, to run away from fear or any sort of danger, because if it's unknown, a #shinymind is not afraid from unknown.  

2) A #shinymind is not afraid of asking questions. Going deeper and deeper and deeper. Doesn't matter how many questions it takes to go to the truth.
