The coaching industry is growing faster than ever.
And with that growth… comes confusion.

Everyone is calling themselves a coach.

But here is the truth:

Not everything that helps people is coaching.

Teaching is valuable.
Mentoring is powerful.
Consulting is needed.

But they are NOT the same as coaching.

Teaching:
Frameworks, strategies, instructions.

Coaching:
Powerful questions.

Questions that are:

• Open-ended
• Non-judgmental
• Transformational

Because awareness—not advice—creates change.

4. Goal

Teaching:
Skill acquisition. Intellectual growth (IQ).

Coaching:
Applied wisdom. Emotional and spiritual growth (EQ & SQ).

It’s not about what you know.
It’s about who you become.

Teaching:
Correction. Performance. Passing.

Coaching:

A coaching client leaves with:
