1. They were manipulated & abused before
   They are repeating the emotional trauma they never healed.

2. They have a strong need to control
   Their insecurity creates a desire to twist reality to feel powerful.

3. They fear facing their truth
   They project their wounds because looking in the mirror feels unbearable.

None of this excuses the behavior —
but understanding it gives YOU the power to stop absorbing it.

You cannot navigate manipulation without understanding the psychology behind it.
