✔  ICF Requirement of 10-Hour of Mentor Coaching:

  • 7 hours of ICF required GROUP mentor coaching sessions: 
    • 7 hours of live, interactive GROUP mentor coaching over zoom for 2 days:
      • Monday March 18th, 2024 and Tuesday March 19th, 2024 from 12pm-4pm EST (YOU MUST SHOW UP TO BOTH OF THESE DAYS OTHERWISE YOU'LL NEED TO PAY $2,000 TO JOIN THE NEXT COHORT) 
    • Intimate group of peer coaches to learn, grow with, support and supported by 
    • Recorded Zoom sessions for you to rewatch the mentor coaching sessions and relearn and rewire your brain with your coaching mindset
  • 3 hours of ONE-ON-ONE mentor coaching (limited within three months starting from the day you finish your ICF group mentor coaching classes) to listen and evaluate your recorded coaching session performance (we'll schedule these together)
